For this 90 day challenge I will
1: Prepare and deliver my Signature Presentation virtually and in person.
2: I will have ready to go My Genius Me Expedition (a CTA from my presentation)and
3: I will create and put out My Genius Me Insights, 5 - 10 min weekly video nuggets from each chapter and principle of the book that also has the CTA for My Genius Me Expedition - which will eventually be some of the content for my app.

Hi all, here is my first update for the goals programme.

MAIN GOAL - I have been working on my speaking, now I want to focus this 90 days on creating products and building my networks online and offline.

1️⃣ By end of April - MMSeminar
Complete one day training seminar outline, create presentation, practice and deliver it live on May 12 in Spain.
Have regular contact with people I met at Spain event recently, and the people planning the event.

2️⃣ By end of May - Complete Book Study and Study Guide
To complete a guided book study with my online group, it starts on April 8 and finishes May 26. In the last week of May I will turn the feedback, challenges and recordings into a study guide.

I still need to invite guest speakers. I will prepare guidance materials along the way and add resources to make completing the study more achievable.

3️⃣ By end of June - Complete my online course.
Record videos and a workbook to go with the course I already created.
I have someone reviewing my content this month to give ideas on what to include. We need to set up regular talks to get solid action items I can include in my contact creation plans.

My 90 day Goals is to obtain My Napoleon Hill Certification and develop Build a minimum viable product (MVP) for the Black Gold Network that includes core features identified as essential by the customer discovery process.

By End of April
Complete powerpoint on Master Mind Principle and record myself giving presentation.
Specific: Conduct 30 customer discovery interviews with Black entrepreneurs and business owners to validate the need for a virtual tradeshow platform tailored to Black businesses.
Measurable: Achieve qualitative feedback on the platform's concept and quantitative data on the percentage of interviewees expressing interest.
Achievable: Utilize existing networks, social media, and professional groups dedicated to Black entrepreneurs for outreach.
Relevant: Understanding the market's needs and interest levels is crucial for tailoring the platform's features and offerings.
Time-bound: Complete the interviews and compile feedback within 30 days.
