Morning! Did you know I'm following the Neuro Change Method again too?
This time I'm using the six weeks to work through some of the mental limitations I've found in writing a book.
My takeaways are always that I'm constantly growing and learning.
I use my perfectionism to get things done but it can also hold me back on completion if I let it.
I do this with my writing when I'm not satisfied with how it's going. When I'm speaking I feel in flow; but tend to only flow in my writing when I don't take it as seriously, writing for fun is a joy!
I'm using my takeaway to take an imperfect action each day in regards to my book. Writing, communicating better with my book mentor, designer or sorting through notes I want to include in the books..
but of course it has to be mostly writing. Imperfectly at first and knowing that only practice will lead me to the progress I desire. 💕 S. Xx

Good morning everyone,
I am working towards the goal of overcoming overwhelm that keeps me stuck and in a state of inaction or very slow action. I notice that whenever I have something challenging or unknown to me, or requires me to dig deep, I back off and say to myself "I'll get to that later!"
Sometimes later never comes!
I then slip back into my comfort zone and do what I know to do with a sense of security.
I'm currently on Examining a limiting belief - which I did my usual thing f stepping away from it for days!…. smh
However, this morning it dropped into my spirit that the belief that I am not enough, I am not good enough, is the limiting belief that underpins all other limiting beliefs and is where my sense of overwhelm is rooted.
Today I will be working on revising that belief and evoking cognitive dissonance and emotional discomfort to begin to change that belief into one that serves me for my highest good!

Hi everyone.
Jane her from Denmark.
I am here to work on getting more clear on what I offer in my business and how I communicate it. And this starts with me transforming all the beliefs that keep me from daring to see what is really possible for me. This is important to me cause I am sick of the lack of freedom that not succeeding with my business brings me and my family to. And the wasted energy spend on overthinking or running just to drop things before reaching my goals. The core of what I do is to help people connect to who they truly are even when that means making though decisions like I did. Taking kids home and finding a way to balance my own needs and goals for the future with my desire to enjoy life with my kids and connect with them deeply. I know that there are many people out there exhausted and stressed because the life they lead is not in alignment with what they truly want. They don't allow themselves to go for what they truly want and find millions of excuses why it cannot happen. I have been in that pain and I want to help others enjoy this precious life to the fullest.
This weeks study helped me to work on my limited beliefs. I found that the prompts around cognitive dsisonance and emotional experience gave me great new ideas for changing my limiting beliefs. I already feel it is moving me forward.
I used to think that I needed to be perfect to help others. But now I know that it is an idea I hold from my childhood about only being worthy if perfect and that I can give myself some love with the Ho'oponopono prayer whenever I question my own worth.
I used to think that because I homeschool my kids, it is not possible to create a successful business. But now I know that this is exactly the rolemodel I want to be for my kids - to go their/my own ways - and that there are many great homeschoolings moms and dads out there running successful businesses by organising and asking for help.

I simply need to change my mindset to a mindset of abundance. I'm totally exhausted with the mindset of 'I don't have because..' or 'I can't do because..'

The next 6 weeks I want to stop overthinking and get more focus and clear on my business' and putting together a realistic action plan for it. It is important to me because as a business owner I know the hurdles of starting and running a success business. I want to flow and be better at planning and not being overwhelm and all over the place.
This study help me to understand that I can work more towards a flow state it is possible and with focus and persistency

I’m now realising my brain talks to me! We are like 2 separate personalities having conversation and me eventually having my way. I am recording all the occurrences. I know that before the end of this programme we will be speaking with one voice.
Yesterday at the shops the brain would say ‘we always do this’ and I respond ‘well today we are going to do it this way’
It’s mind blowing!!
I’m only getting to the Growth Mindset Language Module yet it was already happening over the last few days. So it’s actually a thing! 😄wow!
